Q. How early do I need to place my order?
A: We request a week's notice for any cakes that are scheduled to be picked up on the weekend. (Wedding and shaped cakes may require more notice).
Q: Do you use fondant on your cakes?
A: While fondant can be an invaluable decorative element, we try to limit its use to enhance an otherwise iced cake (vanilla butter cream or whipped cream) whenever possible. Our goal is to create a cake that will entice your eyes and your taste buds, at the same time!!
Q: Do you make cupcakes?
A: Yes! In response to customer requests, Skiff's now offer a variety of delicious cupcakes.

Q: Can I place an order via E-mail or through SkiifsCakes.com?
A: While you may request a cake through our website, all orders must be confirmed by phone or in person.
Q: How long does it take to receive a reply to an email?
A: Please allow at least 48 hours to receive a reply to any email message.

A: Visit our Contact page where you will find our phone number, address, business hours, and a convenient Email information form (allow at least 48 hours for a reponse).
Q: Can I send you an image to be used on my cake?
A: Yes! Visit our Contact page and use our convenient Email information form. The form includes a section that allows you to attach up to 3 jpg, pdf or zip files (maximum file size is 2.0 MB).
